Pastor Adell Charlene Simmons was born and raised in Moncks Corner, SC.  She graduated from Berkeley High School and attended Trident Technical College where she studied Industrial Electricity. Pastor Simmons was raised in Saint Thomas Reformed Episcopal Church where she was the Sunday School Superintendent and the church treasury, and she also served on the Diocese Sunday School Board. 

 

Pastor Simmons later joined Bread of Life Deliverance Ministries in 1999. She was the Business Office Administrator, the ministry secretary, and she served on the Board of Directors. She was later ordained as an Elder in 2002. Pastor Simmons was later installed as the Executive Pastor. 

 

Pastor Simmons by the direction of God, launched Adell Simmons Ministries in 2021. Since then, she has sponsored a Community Christmas Giveaway that is open to the public every year. Where she gives away toys, bikes, scooters, clothes, household items, tv’s, food boxes for the elderly and many more items that are brand new, and everything is free of charge. She tries to meet the needs of the entire family. 

 

Pastor Simmons is the founder of Refreshing Wind Deliverance Ministries, where she was installed as pastor on April 5, 2024, by her overseer, Apostle Tracy Shavers. 

 

Pastor Simmons endeavors to accomplish the mandated that has been assigned unto her by the Father, and with His and spiritual guidance, from the Father, she will follow Jeremiah 1:10. “See, I have this day set thee over the nation and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”
